Corona's Circle City Center includes tables and chairs with several room rentals, so an event order there may begin with linens, place settings or additional serving tables. The Historic Civic Center Theatre starts with fixed theater seating and a lobby, calling for a different reception plan. Titan Tents & Event Rentals serves Corona from Riverside with party, table, chair and tent rentals. We can help identify the pieces your birthday celebration, wedding or business gathering needs alongside the equipment already at the venue.
Start with what your venue includes
Ask for the furnishings list and a drawing of the room you have booked. Note the actual table shapes and dimensions, since these determine which linens will fit. If the main program uses fixed seats, consider whether a separate area needs tables for drinks, refreshments or event materials before guests enter.
Review the furniture included in your reservation before adding rentals. You might need linens and tableware for existing dining tables, extra serving surfaces for refreshments, or equipment for a separate reception area. Match the order to your actual room agreement.
Arrange a meal people can move through
For table rentals, consider where food will be served and how guests will return to their seats. Round tables create groups for conversation; rectangular tables can form longer dining arrangements. Both need room around them for chairs and movement.
A birthday or graduation party also benefits from separate tables for dessert, gifts and photographs. Keeping those items off the buffet leaves more usable serving space. Share the guest count and the approximate dimensions of the room or yard to begin planning quantities.
Add the pieces that make dinner work
Wedding rentals and anniversary dinners often call for china, flatware and glassware selected around the menu. Check whether dessert needs a separate plate and fork, and whether guests will use more than one glass during the meal. Choose napkins and tablecloths that fit the selected tables and overall colors.
If dancing follows dinner, include the dance floor in the layout before settling the table count. Account for the entertainment area and keep a route open between the dining tables and floor.
Review the outdoor setup together
For a tented Corona event, usable dimensions, surface conditions and access points help define the options. Tell us about steps, gates or structures near the intended setup area. Include serving tables, guest seating and any display or entertainment space in the plan beneath the tent.
Note when the property is available for setup and collection, and confirm any rental requirements with the venue contact. An event that continues into the evening should also include a discussion of lighting and the paths guests will use.
